Financial Policies

Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest quality care and maintain appointment availability for all patients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Patients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice ("no-show") will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Cancellation and no-show fees are the patient's responsibility and are not billable to insurance.

Late Arrivals
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. In such cases, a late cancellation fee may apply.

Emergencies
We understand that unforeseen emergencies occur. Fees may be waived at the sole discretion of the practice in cases of illness, family emergency, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances.

Credit Card on File
A valid credit card must be kept securely on file to reserve appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize the practice to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Credit card information is provided with the initial intake paperwork.

Additional Time Charges
Our practice charges based on the time and complexity of care provided rather than on procedures performed. Appointment fees are based on the scheduled visit length. If additional provider time is required beyond the allotted appointment time, additional charges may apply at a rate of $250 per hour, billed in increments proportional to the additional time spent. Any such charges will be reflected on your account and are the patient's responsibility.

Payment Due at Time of Service
As a cash-pay practice, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other payment methods as offered by the practice. Patients are responsible for all fees associated with their care, including any applicable charges for additional provider time, administrative services, or missed appointments.

Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding balance must be paid promptly upon receipt of an invoice or billing statement. The practice reserves the right to decline scheduling future appointments, withhold non-urgent administrative services, or require prepayment for future services until outstanding balances have been satisfied. Patients remain responsible for all unpaid charges incurred for services provided.
